Yes, all the art works generated with sketchtoimage.com is copyright free. You can use this commercially any place you want.
Can I share my artwork with others?
Yes, you can download any artwork you create and share it via email, social media, or any medium.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers in the United States
How do I buy credit?
Go to https://sketchtoimage/pricing page and select a plan for your need. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment page. Enter your credit card information and click on the Pay button. You will be redirected back to the sketchtoimage.com website where you can start creating your artwork. If the credit is not updated, just wait a minute and refresh the page.
Is payment secure?
Yes, we use Stripe for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we can refund purchases made within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t used any credit to generate any Art yet. After 14 days or once art work is generated, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, click on your Avatar from the top right corner of the page. Then click on the Manage Subscription link. You will be redirected to a stripe billing page. Login using your email and then you will be able to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month.
If I cancel my subscription, will my credit go away?
Your credit will not go away immediately. You can use your remaining credit to create artwork till the end of your subscription period.
If I don't use all my credit in a month, will it go away?
yes, your credit will go away if you don't use it in a month. We recommend using all your credit before the end of the month.
